Karen was recognized by QuEST Forum as a QuEST Forum Fellow, a TL 9000 Expert, and a Supervisory Master Trainer. She is a contributing author of the TL 9000 Requirements Handbook (multiple revisions). As a consultant, she has led numerous organizations through the complex process of TL 9000 Measurements Implementation.
Karen is a certified professional business coach and she has served as an examiner for the Texas Quality Award (Malcolm Baldrige based).
