NOKIA Quality Manager and Four-Time Recipient of QuEST Forum’s CEO Award Joins an Already Impressive Roster of Fellows
This coveted achievement was presented during the 2017 Service Providers and Suppliers Summit last week in Dallas and distinguishes individuals for their years of outstanding contributions and dedication to QuEST Forum and their pursuit of quality and performance excellence in ICT.
In addition to providing his expertise with telecom industry leaders NOKIA, Siemens, and International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT), Ben has been actively engaged with various aspects of QuEST Forum and TL 9000 since 2001. This includes leading several key initiatives within QuEST Forum to improve industry quality performance and enhance product quality. He currently holds the Co-Chair position for the QuEST Forum Americas Region while leading several sub-teams for addressing the Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) and Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) initiatives.
Mr. Jernigan’s 17 years of outstanding contribution and dedication to QuEST Forum make him the ideal individual to join an already elite list of QuEST Forum Fellows. Ben’s award highlights previous recognition as a four-time recipient (2014, 2015, 2016, & 2017) of QuEST Forum’s CEO Award.

About Mr. Jernigan
Ben Jernigan is a 45-year veteran of the telecommunications industry. After completing a degree in Computer Electrical Engineering from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, he began his career as a Quality Engineer for International Telephone and Telegraph (ITT). Over his career with NOKIA, he has held various management positions in manufacturing, development engineering, project management, business transformation, test development and finally returning to his passion as a Quality Manager for NOKIA.
