Todd Miller, Vice President of Infrastructure Operations at Centurylink, has been announced as QuEST Forum’s new Executive Board Vice-Chair.
Todd brings to this position 30 years of valuable industry experience and a true dedication to the values of QuEST Forum.
Todd Miller and his team manage over 690,000 network elements across the globe that comprises the CenturyLink Network. His responsibilities include Voice services, High Speed Internet, Metro Ethernet networks, the IP Backbone, and Fiber Transport Systems.
Miller has been invested in the telecommunications industry for 30 years, holding a variety of operations roles in network management and field operations. Miller started his career with CenturyLink training Central Office Technicians on maintenance of voice switches. He served in several roles before being named Central Office Operations Director for Colorado and Wyoming. From there, he took on a series of leadership roles within the Global Reliability Operations Center organization, where he has been instrumental in transforming systems, centers, and the CenturyLink network. Under his leadership, the infrastructure continues to experience solid performance and reliability improvements every year. His record of success speaks volumes about his ability to drive change to improve the customer experience which is the driving force behind what keeps Miller going.

Miller holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University, and a Master Degree in Business from University of Colorado.
