OSWG approved the implementation of a Post-Audit Feedback Survey to gather anonymous input from auditors, auditees and observers on recent TL9000_Logo.aiexternal audit experiences for improvement opportunities. Anonymous information provided may be used for possible improvements for TL 9000 or third-party oversight. Since the input is anonymous no response can be provided to anonymous submitters.

The survey is named “Post-Audit Feedback” and it is located in the following three places:

  1. TL 9000 site – At the bottom of TL Registration List
  2. TL 9000 – Under “All Resources” above FAQs
  3. QuEST Forum website resources under the subheading “TL 9000 Resources”

NOTE: This is not a channel for complaints. Formal complaints should be filed with the respective Accreditation Body or Certification Body per their complaint process.

Input from anyone on foregoing draft is most welcomed for enhanced clarity.
