Thank you for staying at the conference hotel in the QuEST Forum room block! Your reservation helps QuEST Forum keep the meeting expenses down so we can continue to produce world-class events at an affordable price. Booking directly with the hotel or through other travel engines will not be counted towards the QuEST Forum block.
Your room reservation includes:
- Group rate available 3 days pre and post event
- Complimentary guest room wifi
- Fitness center with cardiovascular equipment and free weights
- Reduced rate self and valet parking
Reservations Form:
Rooms are limited! Please reserve your room by using the reservation link below by the hotel cutoff deadline of 28 August 2017; after the cutoff, reservations may not be available at the group rate and will be handled individually on a first come basis. Room Rates:
QuEST Forum has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate and attendees are encourage to stay at the conference hotel to take advantage of it.

Early Arrival Policy: Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated based on availability. To guarantee a check-in before 15:00, we recommend that you reserve your room for the previous night. A fee of up to 100% of your confirmed room rate may apply for arrivals before 15:00.
Check-In: 15:00. Checkout: 12:00.
NOTE: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations and are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel to support QuEST Forum and take advantage of the discounted room rate.
