Room Rates:
QuEST Forum has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate and attendees are encourage to stay at the conference hotel to take advantage of it.
$155 single/double (plus applicable state and local taxes)
Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel, please do so 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties.
*NOTE: Early departure policy: At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. If you must check-out earlier than your originally scheduled check-out date, you must let the front desk know at time of check-in, otherwise, you may be charged for the remaining nights of your reservation.
Early Arrival Policy: Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated based on availability. To guarantee a check-in before 3pm, we recommend that you reserve your room for the previous night. A fee of up to 100% of your confirmed room rate may apply for arrivals before 3pm.
Check-In: 3:00 pm. Checkout: Noon.
NOTE: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations and are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel and take advantage of the QuEST Forum discounted room rate.
