QuEST Forum Announces Newest Fellows
Members from Cisco, The DESARA Group, and Alcatel-Lucent are recognized for their experience and contributions to the ICT industry.
PLANO, TX USA – 27 January 2015 – QuEST Forum today announced the following individuals as the newest QuEST Forum Fellows; Sheronda Jeffries (Cisco), Dave Sanicola (The DESARA Group) and John Wronka (Alcatel-Lucent). Each of these members are recognized for their more than 10 years of outstanding contribution and dedication to QuEST Forum and its pursuit of ICT quality and performance excellence.

QuEST Forum’s CEO, Fraser Pajak and Chair, Steve Pickett, made the announcements during the QuEST Forum Leadership Summit and Work Group meetings, 26-30 January 2015 in Plano, TX. When asked about this achievement, each of the recipients said:
- Sheronda Jeffries, TL 9000 Program Manager, Cisco – “I’m lucky because I love what I do.
