Thank you for staying at the conference hotel in the QuEST Forum room block! Your reservation helps QuEST Forum keep the meeting expenses down so we can continue to produce world-class events at an affordable price.

Online reservations:
As of 21 August 2015, the hotel room-block deadline has passed. However, rooms are still available and you must contact Rebecca McVeigh, rmcveigh@questforum.org to book your room.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel between 06 March 2015 and 4:00 PM hotel time on 08 September 2015, there will be no forfeiture amount. If you cancel after 4:00 PM hotel time on 08 September 2015, the forfeiture amount will be a 1 night stay.

Early Arrival Policy: Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated based on availability. To guarantee a check-in before 2pm, we recommend that you reserve your room for the previous night. A fee of up to 100% of your confirmed room rate may apply for arrivals before 2pm.

Check-In: 2:00 pm.  Checkout: Noon.

NOTE: Conference attendees are responsible for making their own room reservations and are encouraged to stay at the conference hotel and take advantage of the QuEST Forum discounted room rate.

Room Rates:
QuEST Forum has reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate and attendees are encourage to stay at the conference hotel to take advantage of it.
