Deepti Arora is Nokia’s Chief Quality Officer. In this capacity, she heads quality for all products, solutions and services worldwide and is responsible for global quality transformation. Her primary focus is to make quality a strategic differentiator. Deepti brings her unique combination of experience in quality, business operations, engineering, sales and general management to drive end-to-end quality management that enhances overall business performance.
Deepti joined Nokia in 2011. Prior to this, she held positions of responsibility at Motorola, most recently as the leader of Global Quality for Wireless Networks. Previously, she headed business operations in the Motorola Software Group where she scaled up the operational environment and grew the business two fold. Before joining Motorola, Deepti spent seven years at Xerox Corporation managing sales and technical support responsibilities for the U.S. Midwest Region.
Deepti is Chair of QuEST Forum’s Board of Director and an Executive Board Member of Women in Communications. She has been recognized as a business and technical expert, including being named as a Top 100 Executive Leader, receiving the Women’s Leadership Award, and several other honors. Deepti holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Delhi University and is a graduate of executive programs from the London Business School, the Centre for Creative Leadership, and the Kellogg School of Management.
