DALLAS, TX (August 29, 2016) — QuEST Forum, a global organization dedicated to quality and sustainability in the ICT community, named today Ken Koffman as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
QuEST Forum is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken Koffman to the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO). “Ken’s role in this position will propel QuEST Forum towards its vision and mission of ICT quality and performance excellence” says Fraser Pajak, QuEST Forum’s CEO.
Ken started his career with Bell Labs as systems architect and hardware/software designer, later expanding his influence in all aspects of product development. Over his career Ken has held ever expanding management and executive roles for R&D, Operations, Customer Service, corporate strategic planning, and business optimization. Ken’s latest role was with Viavi as Global Quality Officer.
Fraser remarked, “Ken is an acknowledged industry expert, a leader in national/international forums, and a gifted public speaker. Ken is a charter member of QuEST Forum serving in leadership positions and as an Executive Board member. Ken is also a QuEST Forum Fellow and recipient of the lifetime achievement Legend Award. We are very fortunate to have Ken is this position.”
