ALOM Selected Top 100 Bay Area Workplace

Honored by Bay Area News Group for 3rd Consecutive Year

ALOM, a global leader in supply chain management, has been selected for the third consecutive year as one of The Bay Area News Group’s Top 100 Workplaces. The honor was awarded based solely on employee feedback as gathered in a survey of approximately 6,000 workplaces conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement. Since ALOM’s founding in 1997, Kain has cultivated a transparent and educated workplace. Each person receives a one-page business plan on the direction of the company, as well as its mission, values and principles of doing business. ALOM conducts regular company meetings where all employees learn about the company’s performance, key achievements and challenges. These meetings also provide a forum for employee engagement and recognition.
ALOM trains its people in processes that ensure quality throughout its supply chain and promote the safety and development of each employee. As a company, it has earned internationally recognized process and quality management certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and TL 9000. Additionally, ALOM offers over 100 training courses a year spanning business and technical skills, safety, health and wellness.
