Robert Bickle

Vice President, Customer and Business Quality



Robert has more than 30 years of progressively increasing responsibility and experience in small and large communications companies with revenues in excess of $12 Billion. Robert has led Manufacturing, Operations, and Quality at these companies through start-up, survival, turnaround and growth modes.

Robert has spent over eight years leading Quality at a senior executive level with a focus on customer quality strategy, engagement, engineering quality processes, metrics, and quality management systems for corporations. Robert also has significant experience in risk management, working with international government agencies, and regulatory bodies on behalf of ARRIS. Prior to his roles in Quality, Robert has had leadership roles in Repair, Supply Chain, Procurement, Program Management, and Engineering organizations.

Among his significant previous positions, Robert served as Senior Director of Quality for Motorola Home and Networks, a segment of Motorola providing communications and consumer equipment to the cable and cellular industries, Vice President of Operations for Synchronous, a start-up designing and manufacturing optical transport equipment for the telecommunications industry, Director of Operations and Material for Gigatronics, a supplier measurement equipment and subassemblies for wireless telecommunications products, and Factory Manager for Litton’s Aero Products Division, supplying optical and radio navigation equipment for both commercial and military applications. Robert is also a retired U.S. Military Officer.

Robert implemented TL9000 as the business management system in Motorola’s Home and Networks segment and corporate-wide at ARRIS Group, Inc. Robert also implemented ISO 9000, D1-9000, and AS9100 in manufacturing and repair environments.

In addition to the advanced electronics and systems training Robert received in his military career, Robert Bickle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University at Northridge and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with emphasis in Business Management Systems from California Lutheran University.
