Earlier this month, we launched our annual Member Value Survey. The goal of the program is to continually increase the value of membership in QuEST Forum. The survey focuses on key programs, initiatives, and resources such as best practices, performance data reports, TL 9000, work groups, and regional group activities.
Your feedback will be put to good use! Your input is an important part of our annual strategic planning process. Past studies have led to numerous changes including improvements to Performance Data Reports (PDRs), targeted marketing outreach, increased opportunities for member involvement and the creation or valuable input to Executive Board strategic initiatives. One of our members, Walker Information – a customer strategy consulting firm – is conducting the study as a contribution in support of our organization. QuEST Forum is committed to acting on the feedback we receive from our members.
The survey length varies depending on your level of involvement but should take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time. We want to hear from all individuals who are members of the QuEST Forum. As a valued member, your feedback is important. Please take the time to let us know what you think.
