Telecom Business Excellence (TBE) Work Group

The charter of the TBE Work Group is to identify and share best practices in order to improve operational excellence in the telecom industry. Its major thrusts are to continually advance support for QuEST Forum�s regional conferences, and facilitate the selection and sharing of best practices across the telecom community.

2010 TBE Initiatives and Projects

Enhance the communication of Best Practices.
Support three world-class regional Best Practices Conferences.
Continue to drive transition to the new events model in collaboration with the Global Work Group and Regions.
Continue to provide framework of web tools, TBE processes, and virtual meetings to execute and share regional best practices events.
Publish updated Business Excellence Acceleration document.
Plan and deliver updated web capability for the Best Practices Repository.
