The Global Work Group provides a collaborative forum for communications leaders to facilitate the launch and ongoing maturity of the Regions and Hubs. The Global Work Group also assists with planning QuEST Forum Executive visits and the Best Practices Conferences as well as facilitating the development of key regional initiatives and engagement.

2010 Global Initiatives and Projects

Facilitate deployment and evolution of the regional operating structure model and processes.
Provide guidance, communication, and knowledge sharing on cross-regional issues.
Support regional activities that drive TL 9000 adoption and member growth and retention.
Facilitate and support Executive trips.
Facilitate and support regional Best Practices Conferences.
Represent the Regions at face-to-face meetings as requested.
Provide customized marketing materials for each region.
Ensure the Peer Guide and New Member Orientation process is effectively implemented.
Review the QuEST Forum Bylaws and update to meet current needs.
Conduct a monthly update conference call with each Region.
Evaluate the need for \'in-country\' support and make recommendation to the Executive Board.
