Overview

Since its inception in 1998, QuEST Forum has grown to a worldwide organization with over 150 members and nearly 2000 TL 9000 certified registration locations in the Americas, Asia and Europe.

While the member and TL 9000 registered organizations are united by QuEST Forum’s quality management standards, there are perceptible differences in standards usage, specialization levels and domain expertise from region to region. Additionally, the rapid evolution of new technologies and applications in our industry demands a strong yet flexible operational framework.

The QuEST Forum Global Hub Advantage

  • Sharpen focus on local and cultural quality issues and needs
  • Engage and involve members at regional levels
  • Share best practices on local, regional and international forums
  • Benchmark to true global standards
  • Benefit from near-site training and workshops

Hence, QuEST Forum has created a flexible structure of global and regional hubs to ably reach, share, discuss and support the collective yet unique needs of our global stakeholders. These global hubs, covering Americas, Asia and EMEA, address the regional quality needs, locally support geo-specific issues, and provide valuable inputs to Global, IGQ and TBE work groups.
