Regional Best Practices Conference |
Educate the Communications industry on the Best Practices around QuEST Forum's mission and its products |
Three-day conference with information sharing on best practices and "lessons learned" on TL 9000, business and operational excellence models, and related topics. Non-members are an important part of this event to enhance participation and recruit new members. QuEST Forum holds a Best Practices Conference each year in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA regions. |

Executive Board |
Establish QuEST Forum direction and provide organizational oversight |
Face-to-face meeting or conference calls conducted with Executive Board members. |

Leadership Council |
Help establish QuEST Forum strategies and manage the deployment of the strategic plan. Includes addressing issues relevant to all the work groups. |
Face-to-face meeting or conference calls conducted with Work Group and Regional Leadership and the QuEST Forum Management Team. Meetings are typically held the Monday prior to face-to-face work group meetings or via teleconferences between face-to-face meetings. |

Work Groups |
Expressly held to assist work groups conduct the business chartered by the Executive Board. |
Face-to-face meeting to review specific agendas defined by the work groups, evaluate progress, endorse ongoing initiatives and their timelines. Meetings are held in conjunction with the Leadership Summit, face-to-face Leadership Council meetings and the Americas Best Practices Conference. |

The Executive Board and Leadership Council meet to discuss the direction of QuEST Forum for the upcoming year. |
