Room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are currently 15%) or applicable service, or hotel specific fees in effect at the Hotel at the time of the meeting.

Hotel Rate Availability:

The above rate is guaranteed until either 1) the contracted block of rooms has been filled or, 2) if reservations are made before 26 August 2010, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations:

Reservations must be cancelled 120 hours (5 days) before the day of arrival. After this time one (1) night‘s room and tax is charged for cancellation.

Local & Travel Information:

To get from the airport to the Grand Hyatt Atlanta - Buckhead, taxis are readily available, or you may travel by the mass transit system called the Marta. There is a Marta station inside the airport and can be found by following the signs from your arrival gate. The approximate cost to travel by Marta to the Grand Hyatt Atlanta - Buckhead is $2.50. Here are the directions:

Take the North Springs Train from the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport Terminal (Red Line) Take the Buckhead Station exit Exit the terminal and turn right on Peachtree Rd. NE Go 2 1/2 blocks and Hyatt will be on right.
