The 2010 EMEA Best Practices Conference is rescheduled for 13 - 14 July 2010 in Berlin, Germany. An Executive Board meeting and associated events as well as a KPI Work Group Meeting will take place on 12 July 2010. If you were registered for the April EMEA Best Practices Conference your registration will be automatically transferred to the conference in July unless you request a refund. Refund requests should be sent by Friday, 28 May to information@questforum.org. We look forward to seeing you in Berlin.
