Room Rate: Single/Double – US$189

All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are currently 12.5%.

Extra person charge, $25 per night. Children under 18 years of age may stay for free in their parents’ room using existing bedding.

These special rates will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.

The room rate includes the Resort Services Package which provides unlimited local calls and 800 number calls up to sixty minutes, ($0.10) per minute charge beyond, and long distance access (credit card and collect calls), 20 minutes of domestic long distance per day, complimentary bottled water replenished daily, high speed internet access, and unlimited admission fitness centers featuring the Westin WORKOUT.

Hotel Rate Availability:

The above rate is guaranteed until either 1) the contracted block of rooms has been filled or, 2) if reservations are made before 26 August 2009, whichever occurs first.

Cancellations:

Reservations must be cancelled 120 hours (5 days) before the day of arrival. After this time one (1) night‘s room and tax is charged for cancellation.
