The network and service reliability measurements initiative improves awareness and understanding of the value of industry benchmarking, influencing more global service providers to participate. To continually improve the quality and performance of the network to end customers, this team collaborates to develop and deploy common service provider metrics to measure the ongoing quality and services as managed by Network Operations Centers.
