The conference will open with Keynote Speaker, Tom Stanton who is CEO of ADTRAN, discussing the requirements for “Breakthrough Performance”. Other speakers will give information about quality management, implementing the TL 9000 quality assurance system, and converging technologies. The eighth annual QuEST Forum Best Practices Conference will provide information about enhancing quality in production, distribution and service for telecommunications. Effective implementation of the TL 9000 quality standards will be highlighted during the conference and in the workshops the day before.
