QuEST Forum’s EMEA regional team works to facilitate activity and engagement in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This regional team delivers distinctive value by connecting the TL 9000 implementation and QuEST Forum value proposition to its business environments.

  • Consolidated effort from key KPI team members from across the globe and multiple ICT organizations
  • Updated and presented End-user Experience Application Quality (AQ)-KPI Whitepaper Measurement Framework
  • Defined KPI measurements for Web Browsing and defined KPI measurements for Video
  • Prepared the development sandbox for Web Browsing measurement benchmarking
  • Conducted the EMEA Regional Conference in Barcelona, Spain 20-22 June
  • Strengthen liaisons with strategic partners
  • Pursue the EMEA KPI team’s top priorities
  • Obtain the agreement for the New Framework inclusion in the Measurements Handbook
  • Finalize the definition of the Video KPI measurements for Application Quality
  • Managed Services KPIs in TL 9000
  • Amended TL 9000 Measurement Handbook product categories based on benchmarking results
  • Develop Managed Services KPI measurements for the Virtualized Environment
  • Conduct EMEA Regional Conference in Nice, France, 18 May in collaboration with TM Forum Live! 15-18 May
